a.k.a. "Sheikh Bahamadi", "Ahmed Ally", "Bahamad", "Sheik Bahamad" and "Ahmed The Tall", sometimes wears a light beard or moustache and has, in the past, managed a trucking business in Kenya.

Sheikh Ahmed Salim Swedan was indicted in the Southern District of New York, for his alleged involvement in the August 7, 1998, bombings of the United States Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and Nairobi, Kenya, and for conspiring to kill United States Nationals.

The Rewards For Justice Program, United States Department of State, is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information leading directly to the apprehension or conviction of Sheikh Ahmed Salim Swedan.
